Our 100 hour training covers beginner, intermediate, and advanced mat, and will touch on small barrel.
You will gain a strong understanding of the original work and the true depth of Pilates. Learn how to use Pilates to truly help the body in front of you. Finally, Learn the method that helps yourself and your client gets the best and fastest results.
We are now taking applications for our winter training. Training starts in January 2025.

2025 Winter Comprehensive Teacher Training
Become a comprehensively certified Pilates Teacher.
Pricing: $8,000
(payment plan will be available)
Our 800 hour training covers mat, reformer, cadillac, chairs, barrels, pedipole and small apparatus. You will effectively learn how to teach the system of Pilates as intended by Joseph Pilates.
We start with the fundamental or beginner system, then the intermediate system and advanced systems.
We are now taking applications for our winter training. Training starts in January 2025.
